On 10/20/2025 at 1340 I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a Sexual Offence that occured at 395 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd(Taco Azteca). When I arrived I made contact with the Reporting Party [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that his daughter, the Victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had told his wife the night before that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had told her that she was touched on the breast without consent by her manager who works at Taco Azteca. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was visibly frustrated and stated he would already be at the restaurant if the battery of his truck was not dead. I advised him against it, but [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was adamant on leaving after I took the report and was going to find a ride to Taco Azteca. Shortly afterward, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would arrive on scene and explain what had occured.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on 10/29/2025 between the hours of 2000 and 2200, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was sitting at the bar during closing time, when the Offender approached her and reached across the table as if to grab something, then moved his arm and purposefully grabbed her breast. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then pulled away, to which the Offender replied, “you did it to me so now I get to do it to you”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained this was a response from earlier between the Offender and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] jokingly said he needed to work out and acted like she were to touch at his breast but never actually touched him. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she knew the Offender’s name, and she stated she didn’t know his real name other than he went by the nickname “Chewy” and he was a manager at Taco Azteca. Chewy was described as a bald, possibly hispanic male.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated that Chewy had begun to flirt with her recently and say innapropriate things. On one occasion [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated a mother and child walk in and she told Chewy “hey theres a single mother you can be with” to which Chewy replied, “She’s too thick for me. I prefer thinner women like you because they’re easier to throw around”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

After explaining this, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated if we didn’t do anything he would take matters in to his own hands. Cpl Dalton advised him against it as it would hinder the investigation and was told to stay away from Taco Azteca. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] agreed to not do anything as long as we did something about it by Friday on 10/24/2025. A case card was provided to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
