On January 20, 2026 at 0906hrs, I, D/S McKenzie, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to harassment.

I met with the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and her husband, Jordan McDonald, are currently going through a divorce. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that during their relationship, they opened their marriage up to sexual acts involving other people. During the sexual acts there were photographs and videos taken with her knowledge.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that on January 20, 2026 at 0029hrs, her husband transmitted by text message a photograph of her performing oral sex (mouth to pe*is) on another male without her consent to a friend named [REDACTED BY AGENCY] co-worker. Jordan also sent a video without consent of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] engaging in sex with two other male parties on January 11, 2026 at 1923hrs.

In the video I could not tell if it was [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also did not consent of the photograph or video being sent to him. The photograph of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and was sent from Jordan’s phone number, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] added that the number Jordan used to send was Jordan’s work/personal phone.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me the screenshot of the text message thread that she received from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone. The photograph send date was time stamped on January 20, 2026 at 0029hrs. In the photograph, I observed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in a kneeling position in what appeared to be a kitchen setting engaging in the act of oral sex to another male. In the photograph it was clearly seen to be [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Jordan sending the photo to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] served no purpose but to harass her.

I went to the residence of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Jordan at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I spoke with Jordan about the incident. I asked Jordan what was the purpose of sending the sexual photos of his wife to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Jordan denied sending the photos. I asked him who had access to his phones around the hours of midnight last night, and he advised nobody but him. I placed Jordan under arrest and transported him to the jail.

I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at 55 Literary Lane to speak about the incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me of him receiving the picture of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] having oral sex and having a threesome. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] added that a Stockbridge Police Officer deleted the images from his phone and advised him to block Jordan. I advised Jordan of TPO procedures.
