On 11/15/2025 I responded to [300 BLOCK] Ashley Park Blvd [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to suspicious activity.

On arrival I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated on this date she was cleaning out the trunk of her vehicle [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and located a GPS tracking device concealed under her spare tire compartment. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he is currently incarcerated for aggravated stalking involving her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated after the initial break up [REDACTED BY AGENCY] he continued to harass and follow her and she did not know how he was able to continuously find out her locations until now.

There has been several incident reports regarding Joseph Duarte and law enforcement officers previously advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to document any suspicious activity regarding domestic related issues. I did observe a black device about the size of a credit card with the manufacture name Tile on the device with no identifiable features ( model or serial number). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated it was attached to the spare tire with a small metal spring clip with red rubber pads which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] There is no time frame associated with how long the device has been in the vehicle and no other persons has access to the vehicle. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was advised that this report would be for documentation and was issued this case number.
