On March 15, 2026, at approximately 0241 hours, I D/S Wallis was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Line Creek Way for a family dispute.
Upon arrival, I met with the caller (Joshua Wayne Lott [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1997) who was standing at his fathers ([VICTIM #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1980) door. Joshua said that he went over to his fathers house because [VICTIM #1] cut him off from the phone service plan, and Joshua needed it for his landscaping business. Joshua said that he also intentionally went over to [VICTIM #1] house to wake up and “irritate” his two year old sister who lives at the residence, and make [VICTIM #1] upset that she was awake and irritated.
Joshua continued to create problems while trying to speak with him outside the residence, even after being told to calm down and speak with us and ignore [VICTIM #1]. Johsua kept yelling at [VICTIM #1] while in the driveway, being loud and disturbing the peace within the neighborhood while I tried to conduct my investigation. Joshua would continuously yell at [VICTIM #1] every time [VICTIM #1] stepped outside to try and speak with law enforcement.
I separated both parties to de escalate the situation further and D/S Dobson and FTO Smallwood took Joshua down to the street while I spoke with [VICTIM #1] at his residence. [VICTIM #1] stated he was in fear for his life and wanted to press charges against Joshua. [VICTIM #1] said he had video recording of the incident, where Joshua threatened to “beat his a*s” and was continuously banging on the door of the residence, but after asking to see the footage, he could not provide any of the incident. [VICTIM #1] was then given statement forms to write and provide to me of the actions that happened.
Joshua was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and put in handcuffs, checked for spacing, and doubled locked before being placed in the back of my patrol car. Joshua drove to the location, so his vehicle was towed by Parkers towing from the location. The vehicle was turned over to Parkers with no further incident.
Joshua was transported to the Coweta County Jail for booking and turned over to jail staff for booking.
