On 10/31/2025 I Ofc. James Beneke was dispatched to 1025 Bullsboro Dr (Walmart) in regards to a B/M subject who was being disorderly inside the store.
Upon my arrival I activated my body worn camera and met with Ofc. A. McGhee who was working part time at Walmart. Ofc. McGhee had a B/M later identified as Mr. Keith Taylor Jr B/M [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1991 detained. Ofc. McGhee explained that Mr. Taylor was causing a disturbance inside Walmart by yelling and talking loudly to employees, Ofc. McGhee said that Mr. Taylor was being so loud and unruly that several store customers stopped what they were doing and looked at Mr. Taylor. While Ofc. McGhee switched handcuffs on Mr. Taylor to my handcuffs (double locked and checked for fit), I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] W/F who works Walmart loss prevention.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained she became aware of Mr. Taylor causing a distrbance in the store around 11:29am. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said when she approached Mr. Taylor he was yelling at employees of the money center. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Mr. Taylor was being very loud and disruptive yelling at the employees that they have no idea who he was and that Mr. Taylor was a high profile artist. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that the employees were ignoring Mr. Taylor, but that Mr. Taylor was being so loud and disruptive that several store customers stopped what they were doing and watched Mr. Taylor.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said when Mr. Taylor was asked to leave the store he continued to become verbally combative and protested loudly, which again caused several customers to stop what they were doing and watch the scene Mr. Taylor was making. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said because Mr. Taylor was being so disruptive in the store she contacted Oc. McGhee to assist. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Walmart wanted a criminal trespass warning on Mr. Taylor.
I transported Mr. Taylor to Coweta County jail and conducted a secondary search on Mr. Taylor before he entered the jail. I completed the charging paperwork, using the uniform citation, accusation and summons with the municipal charge of Disorderly Conduct. After the jail staff took custody of Mr. Taylor I checked my back seat for any contraband and didn’t find any. This case is cleared by the arrest of Mr. Taylor.
