On May 15 2026, I Officer Sutton responded to [10 BLOCK] Dowdell St in reference to a non family dispute.

Once I arrived at the location, I met one of the parties outside with the victims, who were [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (14), and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (14), and the reporting party, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who is the property manager. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they both were getting off the bus when Lowry Sales was sitting on the porch and said, “Ya’ll a*s and b*obs are small,” to which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] replied, “you are a pervert”. From there, Sales walked into his brother’s apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Once I had collected all the necessary information from both the victims, and witness that did not want to be identified in the report, I made contact with Sales. He would go on to say he didn’t say anything to the females. Once all the information was collected, I then placed Sales under arrest with his hands behind his back, double locked and checked for fit. I then searched his person for weapons and contraband before being placed in the back of Ofc. Vena’s patrol vehicle and Sales was transported to the Coweta County Jail to be booked in. At the Jail, Sales was searched again before entering the Jail.

I completed City Summons #CV07078 for Disorderly Conduct. The Criminal Trespass information was added to the call screen and dispatch was advised. Sales was informed that if he returned, he would be arrested for criminal trespass.
