On 09/25/2025 at 0939, I, Ofc. Fowler #551 with the city of Newnan answered a call for service at 1 Joseph Hannah Blvd in reference to a harassment.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he had received a photo from his daughter’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY], later identified as Mr. Makale Williams. The photo was a picture of his daughter’s nude [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that his daughter had been receiving threatening phone calls from Mr. Makale and multiple phone calls when she did not answer the phone. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that he had heard Mr. Makale say to his daughter that he was not scared of her family and that he had guns. Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] believes that Mr. Makale was implying that he would harm him or his family.

I then spoke to Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s daughter). Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that her and Mr. Makale have been broken up for a few months. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that since then Mr. Makale has been calling her several times a day and when she does answer he has threatened to “pull up” on her. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has told Mr. Makale that she was going to go to the police but Mr. Makale has continued to harass her.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that roughly four months ago that Mr. Makale has brandished a firearm at her in a threatening manner. Mr. Makale has also threatened to distribute nude photo of Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to her family. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also informed me that on 09/25/2025 at approximately 0130 that Mr. Makale was waiting for her in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings, 355 Bullsboro Dr, and followed her home. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Mr. Makale was driving a newer modle gray Toyota Camry but did not who the car belongs too because Mr. Makale does not own a motor vehile as far as she knows.

I then spoke to Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (mother of Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]). Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she has over heard the threats that Mr. Makale has made to her daughter and that when Mr. Makale stated that he was not scared of Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s family that it was at her home located at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has received twenty to thirty phone calls in one day when she does not answer Mr. Makale phone calls.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she is going to stop all contact with Mr. Makale. [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

The family received a case card in reference to this incident.
