On 08/02/2025 at 2314 hours I, Officer A. McGhee, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St in reference to a Noise Disturbance. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the resident of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] how long she had been a resident at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St which she stated for over a year. I informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that since the beginning of 2025, Law Enforcement has been dispatched to her residence 13 times due to her home disrupting the neighborhood with loud music, parties, and blocking the entire street with people and vehicles, as well as people being intoxicated and smoking marijuana in the street. I informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that due to these incidents, she was going to be cited for a disorderly house. I then issued [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the citation, which she signed with no issues.

A little over an hour later, on 08/03/2025 at 0043 hours, Officers were dispatched again to the area of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St for a noise disturbance. Once on scene, it was found that the noise was coming from a party at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St. Officers informed the subjects at the party that they had to leave due to the noise complaints and disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. Jerry Petty, McKenzie Patridge, and Darrion Newson, none of which live at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St, were all on the porch of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Calhoun St drinking and being loud and attempting to cause more issues. They were all asked to leave and stop disrupting the peace of the neighborhood which they all stated they did not have to leave, and they continued to argue with officers in a even louder manner, further disrupting the neighbors. All three men were then placed in handcuffs to the rear double locked and checked for fit and informed that thy were being arrested for Disorderly Conduct. They were then transported to the Coweta County Jail and turned over to the jail staff.
