On 1 March 2026 at around 3:45 pm I (OFC Manning) responded to Wal-Mart for a dispute non-family.
Upon arrival, I met with employees and Coweta County Sheriff Deputy working Wal-Mart. Stated the individuals (1 adult (Partridge, Pierre J.) and 1 Juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) was being loud and disruptive inside the store. By using a speaker they brought into the store, around the infant area to play porn sounds and using inappropriate language around other customers. Causing customers feeling very uncomfortable. Both Pierre and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] made spontanious statements, that they came to Wal-Mart to be disruptive and cause issuses. Both admitted to what was done at Wal-Mart. Pierre stated he was taking ownership of the charge of disorderly conduct. That he was the one wantng to be disruptive inside the store.
Pierre was placed in handcuffs, behind his back, and checked for proper fitting to prevent injury. Both Pierre and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was told they are criminal tresspassed from all Wal-mart facilities. Dispatch was also notified that both parties was Criminal Tresspass for both parties. Pierre was placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle that been checked prior to shift. Then transported to Coweta County Jail for further processing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was turned over to his mother.
