On June 28, 2025, I, Deputy V. Luong responded to [10 BLOCK] Sargent Tigner Street, in reference to suspicious subject call. Prior to my arrival, the victim later identified as [VICTIM #1], stated a female was banging and trying to kick in her front door. [VICTIM #1] stated she wanted to remain anonymous at the time and did not want to meet. [VICTIM #1] stated that the individual is a black female and was driving a black minivan.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with a black female near a black Honda Odessey. The female stated her fiancé was at this location and that she was attempting to get him to come to the door. I advised the female the homeowner did not want her there and she needed to leave the property.
After leaving, I was then dispatched out to the scene and made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that the female who she identified as Ramonda Webster via a picture of her Georgia ID. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were friends in the past and had known each other. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ramonda had broken the window to your child’s bedroom and wanted a report. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ramonda believed her fiancé was with her in the residence which in fact was no true. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ramonda resides at [100 BLOCK] Pegasus Trace and that was where she was returning to. [VICTIM #1] showed me a video recording on her cellphone where I can hear someone banging on her front door as if they’re trying to kick the door down. I can also hear someone banging on the bedroom window to the point where it broke and shattered. At no point in time, it showed who caused the damaged or who was hitting the door. [VICTIM #1] also was unable to give an estimate for the cost of the window.
Myself and other deputies arrived at Pegasus Trace and once again made contact with Ramonda. I asked Ramonda what her name and date of birth was to which she stated “Askew, Alexandria” date of birth she stated was “[REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1981” I then asked her age to which she hesitated, paused and began to cry. I advised her that she needed to stop lying and she advised her year of birth was 1997. I ran the name and date of birth that she gave me with no avail. During this time, Ramonda began to cry and hugged her children and stated she was going to jail. Given the Georgia license number [VICTIM #1] gave, I ran it through GCIC which showed a picture that match that of Ramonda. Romanda was then placed in the back of Deputy T. Lamb’s patrol car. Romanda was then read her Miranda Warning, to which she agreed to speak with a verbal “yes”.
I asked Romanda what occurred at [10 BLOCK] Sargent Tigner. Romanda stated that she believed her fiancé was at the location, and both her and her children wanted him to come outside. Romanda stated her 10 year old daughter was banging on the window with her skateboard and she had accidently broken the window. Romanda stated that she would have left the scene if [VICTIM #1] told her that her fiancé wasn’t there. Romanda stated that it was completely and accident and her child did not mean to. Romanda was placed under arrest and was advised she was criminally trespassed from [10 BLOCK] Sargent Tigner St. While speaking to Romanda, her 10-year-old daughter advised Deputy T. Lamb that she was knocking on the window with her skateboard to which she accidentally broke the window.
Romanda was transported by Deputy J. Desilva to Coweta County Jail and was turned over to jail staff without incident.
Romanda was charged with the following:
OCGA 16-11-39 (2) Disorderly Conduct
OCGA 16-10-25 Giving False name and information
