On December 24, 2025, I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Sturgess Run in regards to a dispute.
Upon my arrival I met with the caller [VICTIM #1], who stated that his daughter and her boyfriends lives with him. They have been arguing and just had law enforcement at the house less than an hour before I arrived. He stated that after law enforcement left his daughter’s boyfriend, Richard Worley, began yelling again. [VICTIM #1] called 911 and while we were enroute Richard began turning his anger from his daughter to him. As [VICTIM #1] was walking by Richard in the kitchen they bumped into each other as if they were about to fight. [VICTIM #1] stated Richard is very drunk and they just wanted him to calm down for the night.
I watched this incident though his daughter’s phone and it showed Richard yelling and [VICTIM #1] on the phone with 911. As they approached each other [VICTIM #1] and Richard got chest to chest but separated. Richard continued to yell and call [VICTIM #1] things like, “nig*a”, “he’s a bit*h”, and calling him a “pus*y”. Richard also making statements about how he would beat [VICTIM #1] up. In the video you could see there was a small child under the age of 2 years old walking around in the same room as Richard while he was yelling vulgar language and making statements about fighting [VICTIM #1].
I placed Richard under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported him to Coweta County Jail where he was turned over to jail staff.
