On September 10, 2025 I DS Anduha was dispatched to the location of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a subject armed.

Upon my arrival I made contact with 4 individuals at the residence: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1]. I had a difficult time ascertaining information due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] appearing to be impaired smelling like an alcoholic beverage along with being very boisterous and hard to comprehend. I attempted to gain information from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but was unable to gain a story due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] consistently differing his answers and repeating the story of an incident that occurred in the past approximately 4 months ago.

While speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], she stated that her boyfriend, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had gotten into a verbal altercation with their neighbor, [WITNESS #2] who resides at [80 BLOCK] Arnco 1st St. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [WITNESS #2] had verbally challenged [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to a fist fight at which time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] began to shout and walk towards [WITNESS #2] that was at the end of his driveway of [80 BLOCK] Arnco 1st St.

At this time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she along with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] attempted to pull [REDACTED BY AGENCY] back onto his residence. At this time both parties separated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that after some time went past, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] along with [WITNESS #1] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were hanging out in the front yard near a vehicle. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that at this time she observed a white Toyota Tundra pull into the driveway of [80 BLOCK] Amco 1st St.

At this time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that two white males exited the vehicle. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] described the white males to be heavier set, one being bald with a beard and the other with short hair and a beard. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] continued by stating that another argument started between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the two males that arrived in the Toyota started to exchange words with each other. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] could only best describe the Toyota pickup as the “larger” pickup of the truck line.

At this time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she observed a “red beam” start to shine on the cars in the driveway at which time she stated she observed the red beam hit [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the chest. At this time [REDACTED BY AGENCY] along with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] began to pull [REDACTED BY AGENCY] away from the situation. While speaking with the individuals on scene we passed a bolo out to the other units in the area to bolo for a white Toyota Tundra.

I then spoke with [WITNESS #1] separately at which time he informed me of the same events occurring as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I then attempted to discuss the incident with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but was unable to keep [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on the topic of the incidents that occurred tonight. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] continuously referred to the incident that occurred approximately 4 months ago.

DS Luong located a white Toyota Tundra bearing Ga tag [REDACTED] arrived on scene. The occupants of that vehicle were Robert Graham, and [REDACTED]. DS Luong informed me via cellphone that he spoke with Robert Graham who informed him that he had been contact via cellphone by [WITNESS #2] who stated that he was having problems with his neighbor and asked for Robert to come over.

DS Luong stated that he located the firearm which was a black in color Smith and Wesson Bodyguard .380 bearing S/N: (KCT8447) with a red aiming laser on the front of the pistol. DS Luong informed me that as well that Robert admitted to pulling his firearm out but did not state that he aimed/pointed the firearm at anyone.

At this time, I along with DS W. Thompson and DS Roman went to [80 BLOCK] Arnco 1st St to make contact with [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] stated that he did get into a verbal altercation with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] earlier in the evening. [WITNESS #2] continued by stating he grew agitated at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for being loud at his property and cursing while [WITNESS #2]’s kids were in earshot of hearing him use foul language. [WITNESS #2] then stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] walked across the street after words were exchanged, standing in the middle of the street shouting that he was going to kill [WITNESS #2]. At the time [WITNESS #2] refused to complete a witness statement form. I then asked for DS Wallis to complete witness statement forms at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] residence while I left to go make contact with DS Luong who had Robert detained. [WITNESS #1] refused to prosecute Robert for aiming the firearm at him.

I arrived on scene with DS Luong who stopped the vehicle on Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd near Jefferson Pkwy. DS Luong stated that he had already read Robert his Miranda warning to which Robert agreed to speak with him. Before I asked Robert any questions, I reiterated to confirm that DS Luong had read him his miranda warning to which he stated that DS Luang did. I then asked if he understood his rights to which he stated he did. I also asked Robert if he was willing to speak with me at this time to which he stated yes.

While speaking with Robert, he informed me that he was contacted by [WITNESS #2] due to the neighbors across the street from him causing trouble. Robert acknowledged to me that he arrived on scene and that he did brandish his handgun but stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was threatening to kill him. Robert continued by stating that this was not the first time that [REDACTED] has threatened to harm him. I then informed Robert that he was under arrest. I conducted a pat down of his person. Once completed, I escorted Robert to the passenger rear of my patrol car where I placed him into the backseat. I then contacted investigator J. Crook and informed him of what we had to which he responded to my location. Investigator Crook informed me that it would be beneficial to seize Robert’s cellphone to place into evidence. The White Toyota Tundra was turned over to [REDACTED] per request of Robert.

I then transported Robert to the Coweta County Jail where I turned custody of Robert over to jail staff. The firearm and cellphone were placed into evidence after I completed my warrantless affidavit. I then gave the witness statement forms to GCIC specialist [REDACTED] to upload into the RMS profile for this incident number.
