On July 05, 2025, Deputies were working an off-duty job, in uniform, at Senoia Raceway (171 Brown Road, Senoia Ga, 30276). There was an on-track incident between competitors, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Michael Page. The two drivers started to have a physical altercation after the race was completed, however, the two drivers were still on the track. Track Officials, Sheriff’s Deputies, and Fire Officials went to the area of the altercation because Michael Page used his race car to strike the other race vehicle, which was owned by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and pushed it into the wall.

As Deputies arrived to the area a large crowed started to stand on top of the wall that separates the track from the pit area and started yelling and pointing their fingers. As the crowd was asked to step back, several people from the crowd jumped onto the track, which is not allowed. The unknown people were told to get off the track and get behind the wall, but they begin fighting with Track Officials, Fire Officials, and Deputies. While [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was on the ground, several people from the crowd were stomping, punching and kicking him in the head and about his body.

As Captain Jason Wood arrived, he observed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] laying on the ground with his hands covering his head trying to protect himself. He started kicking his legs in a defensive manner trying to get people to get off of him, he kicked Captain Wood inadvertently. Captain Wood escorted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from the area away from the fighting. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] later explained that it was an accident and he was just trying to defend himself from all the blows he was sustaining from the individuals on top of him. Captain Wood observed that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did have visible marks and blood coming from the top of his head.

At this time Captain Wood has not identified the offenders that jumped over the wall and entered onto the racing surface, but will reach out to the professional racing series, Hunt the Front, and asked for the video footage and photos in an attempt to identify. Due to it being a professional racing series, the racing series will handle the punishment between the racing competitors Michael Page and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for the on track incidndent.
