On 10/12/2025 at 1604 hours I, Officer A. McGhee, responded to the area of E. Washington St and Perry St in reference to a hit and run.

Upon my arrival I made contact with the caller, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated a woman driving a white pick-up truck backed into his vehicle while he was stopped at the stop light. He stated she was a black female, and that she got out of her vehjicle and came to his window and started yelling at him then drove away. I checked [REDACTED BY AGENCY]s vehicle, and there was a large dent in the driver side door near the B pillar with white paint transfer. He showed me a picture of the tag on the other vehicle, Ga Tag [REDACTED], which Officer K. Bradstreet had stopped at 5 Points Grocery, 44 E Newnan Rd. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was given a case card and instructed how to get a copy of the report.

I then went to 5 Points Grocery and met with Trasena Parker who stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stopped directly behind her as she was backing out and she did not see him. She stated he was acting weird and had his phone out taking pictures so she left the scene. I checked Parker’s truck and there were some scratches on the rear bumper of the truck. Parker was then searched incident to arrest and placed in handcuffs to the rear double locked and checked for fit. She was then transported to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to be cleared. Once she was cleared, she was transported to Coweta County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
