On 02/22/2026 at 11:47 AM, I D/S Boyer, along with my Field Training Officer D/S Webb, responded to [200 BLOCK] Tucker Drive, in reference to a reported dispute.
Upon our arrival and upon exiting the vehicle, I observed a female to my front right later identified as Tyneisha Clark. Tyneisha was actively flailing her arms and using profane and vulgar language, screaming “I don’t give a fu*k”, fu*k off, fu*k off, fu*k off”, and “Give me my sh*t”. While approaching a female identified as [VICTIM #1].
D/S Webb, approached Tyneisha and managed to calm her down while I went and spoke with [VICTIM #1] who was standing in the parking lot away from Tyneisha’s residence and had remained calm and motionless not responding to Tyneisha’s language during the incident.
I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who told me that she and Tyneisha were friends until recently and that Tyneisha had texted her this morning at roughly 6:00AM and starting an argument. [VICTIM #1] then told her she would be coming over to gather the cosmetic and clothing items that she had left over there.
[VICTIM #1] arrived at [200 BLOCK] Tucker Drive at 11:30 AM and received a text from Tyneisha saying that her items were outside. When she looked, she saw her items sitting on the dumpster which upset her.
After gathering the items, she got halfway to the door of Tyneisha’s residence from where she had parked because she wanted a pair of shoes that Tyneisha had been gifted two days prior. Tyneisha exited the residence and they began arguing before [VICTIM #1] made it half way up the sidewalk leading to the front of her apartment. [VICTIM #1] had a friend, identified as [VICTIM #2], who had remained in the vehicle but she exited after the arguing continued.
Tyneisha then went inside where she got a cooking pan and returned to the argument saying that if either [VICTIM #1] or [VICTIM #2] approached, she would hit them. [VICTIM #1] then contacted police and both parties were separated by dispatch although the arguing continued until we arrived. [VICTIM #2] mirrored what [VICTIM #1] had said with her statements.
Tyneisha told me that what [VICTIM #1] had said was true up until the point that she had grabbed the pan. Tyneisha stated that [VICTIM #2] had exited the vehicle and started to get combative and that she then went inside to get a pan to protect herself from “that Big Gorilla” indicating [VICTIM #2]. She further indicated that [VICTIM #2] never approached her but remained in the parking lot during the argument.
The dispute over the pair of shoes was determined to be a civil matter due to both parties paying half of the cost of the shoes and both parties agreeing that they had paid half of the cost.
Tyneisha was arrested for disorderly conduct and processed into the Coweta County Jail without incident due to deputies observing her scream profane, vulgar, and obscene language while in visual of the general public.
