On Monday, 06/09/2026, at approximately 1120 hours, I (Deputy McIntosh) was dispatched to a fight-in-progress call at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Forest Circle (Coweta County).

Once on scene, I made contact with Wasawaney Ibehi and [VICTIM #1]. Both [VICTIM #1] and Ibehi advised they had a verbal argument over a soda, and it was only verbal. Ibehi stated that [VICTIM #1] purchased a soda and would not give it to her. Additionally, Ibehi stated that she was upset with [VICTIM #1] because he let another female disrespect her.

The person who called it in stated that Ibehi was hitting [VICTIM #1] while he was trying to walk away. I was not able to find additional witnesses, nor did [VICTIM #1] confirm this, and [VICTIM #1] did not have any marks or injuries. Due to no probable cause to make an arrest, both parties were advised to seperate to prevent further disputes. Both parties advised they would separate.

On the above date and at the same location at approximately 1200 hours, I was dispatched to unit B, in reference to Ibehi banging on the door trying to get [VICTIM #1] to come outside.

The reporting party for this call was the property manager who was identified as [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that she recieved multiple calls in reference to a disturbance. [WITNESS #1] stated that when she stepped out of the office, she saw Ibehi causing a disturbance, banging on the door, cussing out [VICTIM #1], and calling him a bit*h and a h*e. [WITNESS #1] stated that she observed all of this going on infront of several children that were playing outside. [WITNESS #1] also stated that she called the police because of how many calls were received from residents.

Once on scene, I observed Ibehi whispering to [VICTIM #1], and [VICTIM #1] was not talking to Ibehi. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ibehi was knocking on the door but not causing any problems. Multiple people on scene stated that Ibehi was trying to provoke [VICTIM #1] and was cussing in front of children. Ibehi stated that she was trying to get her property from inside the residence, which was a singular eyelash kit.

I then spoke with a resident of the house Ibehi was knocking at. The witness was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she advised that Ibehi was banging on the door. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then stated that once [VICTIM #1] came out, Ibehi had what looked like a needle in her hand and said I will stab you, then stated she would poke him up. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Ibehi called [VICTIM #1] a bit*h and a h*e in front of several children.

[WITNESS #1] completed a witness statement.

Ibehi was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. I placed Ibehi in handcuffs, which were placed to the rear, double-locked, and checked for fit. Ibehi was searched incident to arrest. I then placed her in the rear of my patrol vehicle and placed a seat belt on her. Ibehi was transported to the Coweta County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
