On September 21st, 2025, I, DS K. Daniel #097 responded to Smoothie King at 85 Market Place Dr. in reference to a dispute.

When I arrived on scene, I spoke with the caller outside identified as [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] advised she was getting a drink in the drive through when the person taking her order was extremely rude to her and her boyfriend who was also on scene. The boyfriend was identified as BELDON, WILLIAM BEAU. I was handed a receipt from [REDACTED] and she advised she just wanted her drinks. Once I received the information I proceeded into the store and spoke with the other party.

When Inside I spoke to the clerk who was identified as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised the customers came to her line and was very rude to her. She then advised they got an attitude and they began to call her “nig*er” and that they were going to beat her a*s. There were no recordings inside the store therefore I was unable to confirm that information. Once I received [VICTIM #1]’s statements, I asked her if she wanted the two customers trespassed, where she advised yes, per management.

I proceeded back outside and advised [REDACTED] and Beldon they where both being trespassed from the location and they where not to return or they would be arrested. Both parties immediately started to yell at me, where I had to advise them to relax. Beldon advised “these fu*king nig*ers, fu*k this place that’s why we are moving”. I advised him to relax, where he then approached DS Poe and looked at her and stated “what are you even doing here” in a loud manner. I advised him to back away from my officer and to sit in his vehicle, due to his erratic behavior.

[REDACTED], proceeded to the door of the restaurant to receive her drinks. In a loud erratic manner, she started cursing me out saying “fu*k this, you’re just taking up for her”. I advised her to stop disturbing the peace or she would be placed under arrest. [REDACTED] received her drinks and proceeded back to her vehicle. As I was leaving, I could hear [REDACTED] on the telephone with someone. After I left, I received a message from 911 advising the passenger in the vehicle Beldon was saying the “N” word “Nig*er” on a 911 call. I asked 911 communication center to send me the recording.

During the recording, in a profane, vulgar manner, I could hear Beldon saying “I called them a nig*er and they did not want to help” 911, in the lawful discharge of her duties, being interrupted with profane language advised over a recorded line “did he just say the “N” word. You then hear Beldon advise “does that offend you too”. The 911 operator attempted to ignore the profane comment and while she was attempting to take her call, he cuts back in on the recorded line and stated “I’m tired of those nig*ers talking about that fat bit*h”.

Once I received the information from 911, I proceeded down Hwy 34 and observed the vehicle they where in. I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle to arrest the offender Beldon. I conducted a passenger side approach and advised him he was being placed under arrest for misuse 911 communications. He was placed in handcuff to the rear and placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle. I transported him to the county jail.
