On Tuesday June 9, 2026 at approximately 1430 hours, I was working patrol with Newnan Police Department when I responded to 90 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd Newnan, GA (Stay Lodge) regarding a sexual offense.

Officers Beneke, Shrewsbury and I went to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY]. We made contact with Cpl. Joey Castro, who speaks Spanish, by cell phone and requested that he communicate with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to get a statement and description of the suspect. Cpl. Castro reported to us that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when the man came into the room, said he liked her, then tried to give her a $20 bill, and then pulled his pants down exposing his pe*is to her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] described the male as black, medium build, and wearing a red t-shirt.

[SECTION REDACTED BY AGENCY]

Officer Noel Perez arrived on scene to assist with translation. He spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he confirmed the same information that Cpl. Castro had provided when translating [REDACTED BY AGENCY] statement. [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[SECTION REDACTED BY AGENCY]

Due to other responsibilities, I had to leave the call [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Before leaving, I notified the Criminal Investigations Unit supervisor, Sgt. D. Howard [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
