Vehicle 1 was traveling east on State Route 309. Vehicle 2 was traveling north on State Route 262. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and struck Vehicle 2 on the front driver’s side.
Note: Mrs. [WITNESS #1] witnessed Vehicle 1 fail to stop at the stop sign. The driver of Vehicle 1, also admitted to me that he had failed to stop at the stop sign.
The scene was painted, and photos were taken by SCRT-G and TFC Sanchez. Royce’s removed both vehicles from the scene. The Driver of Vehicle 2 was pronounced deceased on scene by the Decatur County Coroner [REDACTED].
