I, Cpl. Covington, responded in normal mode to 2734 Ledo Rd., in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I made contact with a black female, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she did not know the juveniles that were sitting inside of the building but she observed a man trying to run them over with a truck. She stated the male was running over curbs and chased the girls to the parking lot on Ledo Rd. She stated in order to get the man to stop chasing the girls, she had to get in her and start following him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the truck began to drive in circles to keep her from getting his tag. She stated when the subject took off down Ledo Rd., she was able to get the truck’s tag number (GA tag [REDACTED]).

I made contact with four juvenile females, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they left the movies and walked over to the restaurant to get food. She stated as they were sitting eating their food, a bi-racial looking male “Aaron Graham” started cussing at them. She stated they started cussing back. She stated Aaron proceeded to go to the event center to complain. She stated when he left the event center, he got into his vehicle (black Ford-150) and began driving towards them as if he was going to hit them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they had to push [REDACTED BY AGENCY] out the way because he was about to hit her. She stated they ran across the parking lot, into the roadway and to the Walmart on Ledo Rd.

I made contact with [WITNESS #1], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother. [WITNESS #1] advised she was at the Oglethorpe Hotel and to bring the juveniles to her. I transported the girls to Oglethorpe Hotel. Upon arrival, [WITNESS #1] advised she needed to call [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother. I called [WITNESS #2] and advised her of what was going on. She advised me to bring [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to [1300 BLOCK] Colquitt Ave. [WITNESS #1] advised she also lived at [1300 BLOCK] Colquitt Ave and wanted all the girls to be transported there. I attempted to make contact with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] via phone with negative results. I transported all the girls to [1300 BLOCK] Colquitt Ave to which they were released to [WITNESS #2].

I responded to [300 BLOCK] Martindale Dr., in reference to making contact with Aaron. Upon arrival, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies met us at the location. I made contact with a female at the front door to which she advised Aaron wasn’t there and she wanted to know what was going on. I advised her that Aaron knows what’s going on because he called. She advised no one called and Aaron wasn’t there. I walked off and observed a male inside the back of the van grabbing some items. I asked him if Aaron was in the house to which he advised he believe so because his truck was there. The female subject refused to tell us if Aaron was in the house or not.

Sgt. Paige was notified of this incident.

This case is active and forwarded to investigations.
