On 09/07/2025, I responded in normal mode to the 1800-Blk of Gadsden Dr in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I observed several people in the roadway and several others running. I then observed a black, heavy-set female subject standing in the middle of the roadway completely unclothed, later identified as Adreanna Brown. I exited my vehicle, placed Brown in double-locked handcuffs to the rear, and secured her. When asked what had occurred, Brown stated that she had not been involved in a fight and was only a witness. She was then placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle due to her lack of clothing.

Brown advised that other subjects had come to her residence attempting to fight her, but she denied fighting anyone. While on scene, I instructed Ptl. Rivers, Ptl. McAllister, and Ptl. T. Davis to make contact with witnesses. I also made contact with several individuals on scene who stated they did not observe the incident but heard people arguing outside.

I then spoke with [WITNESS #1], who stated that she was attempting to calm Brown and get her back inside the residence. [WITNESS #1] advised that Brown had not fought anyone and was upset because she believed someone had struck her child. No witnesses other than Brown’s acquaintances confirmed this. Several witnesses did state a fight occurred, but advised that Brown was not involved.

While gathering information, no one was able to provide names for the individuals who had been fighting. Ptl. McAllister later advised that a witness reported a black female with medium-sized dreads with light brown tips, a light-skinned black female, and her daughter were involved in the fight. The witness further stated these individuals resided at [1800 BLOCK] Gadsden Dr. Officers attempted contact at that residence, but no one came to the door.

Brown was issued citation#(BB002137) for Public Indecency, as she was observed in the middle of the roadway nude upon my arrival. She was transported to the Dougherty County Jail incident to arrest. Upon arrival at the jail, I secured my duty weapon in the trunk of my patrol vehicle. A pre- and post-transport search of the vehicle yielded negative results.

A follow-up will be conducted at a later date.

A computer check was conducted on involved individuals, yielding negative results.

This case was cleared by arrest.
