I, Ptl. Schultz, contacted the complainant by phone in reference to a contact person.
Upon making contact, the complainant identified herself as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that Antonio Spann shared a video of her and him having sex to Facebook. [VICTIM #1] advised that the video was taken with her knowledge. [VICTIM #1] stated that she believes Spann shared the video due to people spreading a rumor that he is gay. [VICTIM #1] advised that the video was taken at her residence ([600 BLOCK] Sands Dr Apt [REDACTED]) on May of last year. [VICTIM #1] did forward a copy of the video to my work email.
In the video I observed the name “Antonio Spann” in the upper left hand corner indicating that was the name on the profile it was posted to. I did not observe either party’s face in the video. I did observe the female to have long dreads that were black in color as well as blonde in color. [VICTIM #1] did agree to provide a written statement. [VICTIM #1] did advise that the video has been deleted from social media, however, several people do still have recordings of the video. [VICTIM #1] did provide a written statement. [VICTIM #1] forwarded photographs of her to my work email with the same hair style as the female in the video to prove it was her. The photos, statement, and video were logged into property management as evidence and stored into locker number 2. Warrants will be taken for Spann in reference to a violation of OCGA 16-12-81 (24-015470-01APD).
