I responded in normal patrol mode to the 201 W. Oglethorpe Blvd (LEC) in reference to a Child Molestation.

Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who stated that he had second hand knowledge of the incident and that I needed to speak with [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] stated that she is currently living at [3100 BLOCK] Graystone Ln. Apt [REDACTED] with her 2 year old son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and his dad Bryan Smith. [WITNESS #2] stated that she also have a daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who lives with her father [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #2] stated that she is only allowed every other weekend with [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[WITNESS #2] stated that on last night 10/19/2025 around 2200 hours, her, Brian, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was all in the living room together. [WITNESS #2] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Brian was on the chair together watching some cartoons. [WITNESS #2] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had gotten sleepy and that she wanted to go take him to lay down. [WITNESS #2] stated that she was constantly trying to get [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to come with her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the room.

[WITNESS #2] stated that she saw that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was interested in the phone so she took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] into the room and laid with him until he went to sleep. [WITNESS #2] stated that every 10 minutes or so she would peak her head out of the room to check on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #2] stated that the last time she looked out she saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pants and underwear was down. [WITNESS #2] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had on some white pajama pants with flowers on them.

[WITNESS #2] stated that she ran over to get [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she saw what appeared to be a picture of a private area on Bryan’s phone. [WITNESS #2] stated that she asked Bryan what was he doing and he stated that “Her stuffed animal did it”. [WITNESS #2] stated that she went back in the room and she was scared to call the police. [WITNESS #2] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that “I’m glad you came and got me because I was scared”.

[WITNESS #2] stated that the next morning she got up and left the location and went to Tifton Ga and made contact with [WITNESS #1] about the situation. [WITNESS #2] stated that the reason she did not call the police when it happened is due to Bryan stated that he would kill himself if she called the police. [WITNESS #2] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would be without a father and she did not want that.

I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was the father to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he has full custody of her. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was informed of the incident by phone from [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #1] stated that he asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has anything like this ever happened before. [WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him that Bryan held her down and he was on top of her and he was sticking his finger in her and told her that if it hurt that he would stop.

[WITNESS #1] stated that there was also another incident that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mentioned that Bryan was standing by her playing with his private area and some white stuff was coming out and he was trying to get her to put her mouth on it. I asked [WITNESS #1] why [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was comfortable with telling him all this and not [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #1] stated that him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has always been close and she opens up to him more.

I made contact with Sgt. Franklin in reference to this incident. Sgt. Franklin notified Investigations and Lt. Richardson, Sgt. Baldwin and Inv. Ellis all came down to talk to the parents. Inv. Ellis called and set up a forensic interview with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. All parties left the LEC and went to the LILY Pad for further questioning,
