I had went to 417 W. 3 RD (Phoebe Hospital) with a male named Cedric Paul Robinson. I had took Robinson to the jail in reference to an Auto accident that he had caused by drinking and driving. The whole ride to the hospital Robinson was asking me to call his wife. I had attempted to contact Robinson’s wife several times and I even had dispatch to contact his wife. We was both met with negative results.

Once we arrived at the jail for a medical clearance for Robinson, he became irate and was cursing and kept repeating that he wanted to talk to his wife. I informed Robinson several times to stop cursing due to kids was in the hospital. Robinson stated that he did not give a fu*k and he wanted to talk to his wife. I informed Robinson again to stop cursing or he was going to be charged with disorderly conduct. Robinson continued to curse and was irate so I placed Robinson in leg restraints and called for another unit.

Once the unit arrived we handcuffed Robinson to the bed until the Dr. had come in. Robinson was still cursing and being irate stating that he wanted to talk to his wife. Robinson refused all verbal commands and refused to be seen by the Dr. Robinson was discharged and taken back to the Dougherty County Jail where he was booked on his Misdemeanor Citation BB002128 for Disorderly Conduct.

I had a witness to the altercation [WITNESS #1], who is the Phoebe Security Guard. [WITNESS #1] heard the altercation and came over to assist me with Robinson until my back up arrived. [WITNESS #1] also stated to Robinson several times to calm down but Robinson refused.
