I, Cpl. M. Hunt, responded in normal patrol mode to 2414 Gillionville Rd (College Park) in reference to a disorderly conduct in progress.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with a black female, [VICTIM #1], who was in a black in color Cadillac (Ga Tag [REDACTED]) with the driver side front window shattered. [VICTIM #1] exited her vehicle and I could observed that [VICTIM #1] had lacerations to her face. [VICTIM #1] was pointing a black in color Toyota Camry (Ga Tag [REDACTED]) that was backing up towards the complex. I made contact with the Driver, Jada Levy, and observed that she had fresh blood and lacerations on her right arm. I gave Jada verbal commands to stop the vehicle and she did. I then asked Jada to step out of the vehicle to which she stated at first, no. Jada then got out of the vehicle and she immediately began to argue with [VICTIM #1]. I then detained Jada as Cpl. D. Hunt detained [VICTIM #1].

I made contact with a white male, [WITNESS #1], who was standing nearby that had dried blood on his forearms. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was trying to leave the complex when he observed [VICTIM #1] leaving the parking lot and Jada following her. [WITNESS #1] stated that he observed Jada get out of the vehicle and throw something at the window of [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle which caused the window to shatter. [WITNESS #1] stated that Jada then began to punch [VICTIM #1] through the vehicle’s window and [VICTIM #1] got out and they started to fight. [WITNESS #1] stated that police then arrived on scene. [WITNESS #1] did not have any injuries only Jada’s blood on his arms as he attempted to break up the fight.

I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and she stated that she has been having issues with Jada for a long time. [VICTIM #1] stated that they used to be friends until she was at Jada’s boyfriend’s house when they got raided by the police. [VICTIM #1] stated that she posted on social media that Jada’s boyfriend was wanted and she was just there. Ever since the post [VICTIM #1] stated that Jada has been trying to fight her. [VICTIM #1] stated that today she was headed to class when she passed Jada in her vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that Jada laughed at her and made a face. [VICTIM #1] stated that she stopped her vehicle and started arguing with Jada asking her if she was still on this over a boy. [VICTIM #1] stated that she then began to drive away when Jada sped up to her and threw a Stanley cup at her window causing it to shatter. [VICTIM #1] stated that Jada then began to punch her in the face while she was sitting in her vehicle.

Jada was read her Miranda warnings and agreed to talk to me. I made contact with Jada and she stated she saw [VICTIM #1] passing her so she shook her head and made a motion sticking her tongue out at her. Jada stated that [VICTIM #1] started to argue with her. Jada stated that [VICTIM #1] then drove to the road and she followed her. Jada stated that [VICTIM #1] was talking mess to her so she threw her Stanley cup at the window causing it to break. Jada stated that her and [VICTIM #1] then began to fight.

I then released [VICTIM #1] out of handcuffs and also released her from the scene. I then called for a non-preference (Paint Pro) for Jada’s vehicle due to her stating she did not have anyone to get it (Mom and dad lives three hours away). Paint Pro responded ant took possession of the vehicle. A Tow form was completed. I then transported Jada to the hospital to receive treatment for her arm. After being cleared by phoebe, Jada was transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon my arrival to the Jail, I escorted Jada inside. Jada was then released to the intake staff. A search of my rear seat was conducted and no contraband was located.

Pictures were collected of the scene and later turned into evidence.

Warrants for Criminal trespass (25-012320-01APD) and Disorderly Conduct (25-012320-02APD) were taken out the following day.

This case is cleared by arrest.
