On 10/27/2025 I Ptl. A. Conley responded to [100 BLOCK] Westcott Ln in normal patrol mode in reference to disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival I made contact with Jamarquis McCalaster. McCalaster stated that he got into a fight with his older brother [VICTIM #1]. McCalaster stated that [VICTIM #1] and their other siblings were bothering him and calling him out of his name. McCalaster stated that his sister [REDACTED BY AGENYC] called him a “b*tch” because he would not take out the trash. McCalaster stated that [VICTIM #1] walked up on him like he was about to fight and that is when they began fighting.
I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENYC] and she stated that she was cleaning up, and she told McCalaster to take out the trash. [REDACTED BY AGENYC] stated that McCalaster just sat there, so she told him again and that’s when McCalaster became irate and began calling her a “b*tch.” [REDACTED BY AGENYC] stated that she kicked McCalster’s game and that is when he threw a punch at her, but she blocked it. [REDACTED BY AGENYC] stated that she then started calling for [VICTIM #1] to come get McCalaster. [REDACTED BY AGENYC] stated that when [VICTIM #1] came out of the room, McCalaster walked up on him, and they began fighting.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1], and he stated that he was in his room when he heard [REDACTED BY AGENYC] calling him. [VICTIM #1] stated that when he confronted McCalaster about their sister, they began to argue and that when McCalaster walked up on him, and they began fighting.
I observed a scratch on McCalaster’s face. McCalaster was placed in handcuffs that were double locked and checked for tightness. McCalaster was then searched and placed in the back of my patrol car. McCalaster was then taken to the jail and, once we arrived, I secured my duty weapon in the trunk of my patrol car. McCalaster was taken inside the jail and turned over to jail staff. Upon leaving the jail, I secured my duty weapon from the trunk of my patrol car and checked the back seat for any contraband left behind and was met with negative results.
McCalster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (BB002247).
This case is cleared by arrest.
