On 10/03/2025 I Ptl. Conley responded to 637 N Westover Blvd in normal patrol mode in reference to disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that one of the employees Javontay Broner was trying to fight one of the other employees. [WITNESS #1] stated that Broner advised he was going to fight everyone if [WITNESS #1] made him leave. [WITNESS #1] stated that he wanted Broner trespassed from the property. I made contact with Broner and he stated that he was talking to a female and felt like the male subject was acting weird towards him. While speaking with Broner a female subject that had nothing to do with this incident fell and I called for EMS to check her out.

I then made contact with [WITNESS #1] to gather all of his information and as I was walking back out to Broner he began arguing and cursing at a male subject stating that he was going to beat his ass while customers were present. I then placed Broner in handcuffs that were double locked and checked for tightness. Broner was then escorted to my patrol car (19-151) and searched incident to arrest. Broner was then placed in the back of my patrol car. I then advised Broner that he is no longer allowed at 637 N Westover Blvd (Applebees) per the manager [WITNESS #1]. Broner was then taken to the jail. Once at the jail I secured my duty weapon in the trunk of my patrol car. Broner was then taken inside of the jail and placed into jail staffs custody. Broner was cited with Disorderly Conduct (BB002192)

Upon leaving out of the jail I secured my duty weapon from the trunk of my patrol car. I then checked the back seat of my patrol car for any left behind contraband and was met with negative results.

This case is cleared by arrest.
