Ptl. Reeder, responded in normal mode to 1632 E Oglethorpe Blvd in reference to a disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival I made contact with employees Ashlee Hines, Jerrica Doyle, and manager [WITNESS #1].
Ashlee stated she got to work this morning and looked on the screen and saw she needed another egg mcmuffin. Ashlee stated Jerrica then stated her name. Ashlee stated she told Jerrica to keep her name out of her mouth. Ashlee stated Jerrica told her she’ll say her name when she wants to. Ashlee stated Jerrica then asked her what’s up. Ashlee stated Jerrica then brushed past her. Ashlee stated Jerrica then stated we can go outside. Ashlee stated they were still going back and forth with each other. Ashlee stated they then went into the lobby area. Ashlee stated they continued going back and forth with each other verbally. Ashler stated they then went outside. Ashlee stated once outside more words were exchanged and then Jerrica bumped her with her chest. Ashlee stated she then pushed Jerrica and then they started swinging on each other. Ashlee stated [WITNESS #1] then came out so she backed up from Jerrica.
Jerrica stated there was a Doordash order holding that Ashlee was working on. Jerrica stated Ashlee then stated she needed an egg mcmuffin. Jerrica stated she then said there was an egg mcmuffin in the bag. Jerrica stated she then told Ashlee she wasn’t talking to her, that she was talking to someone else. Jerrica stated Ashlee then told her to keep her name out of her mouth. Jerrica stated she told Ashley I can say your name when I get ready to and then kept repeating Ashlee’s name.
Jerrica stated Ashlee then asked her what’s up and stated they could go outside. Jerrica stated they continued going back and forth verbally. Jerrica stated they then went outside and were standing close to each other. Jerrica stated Ashley then swung on her so she started swinging back. Jerrica stated [WITNESS #1] then stated she was calling Police so they separated.
[WITNESS #1] stated she was standing at the front of the store on the phone. [WITNESS #1] stated she then heard a loud commotion coming from the north side of the building. [WITNESS #1] stated she then saw Ashlee and Jerrica throwing punches on each other. [WITNESS #1] stated she asked them to stop and they proceeded to fight. [WITNESS #1] stated she then told them she was calling Police and that’s when they separated.
Ashlee and Jerrica were then taken into custody with handcuffs double-locked and to the rear. I then advised them they were being charged with disorderly conduct. Ashlee then stated she did have a firearm on her side. Ashlee’s black in color Glock 23 (BAEA814) was then removed along with her black in color Lanzon holster. Ptl. Flowers then conducted a check on the firearm which yielded negative results for being stolen. The firearm was then placed in my trunk.
Ashlee and Jerrica were then searched incident to arrest which was met with negative results for contraband. Jerrica was placed in Ptl. Wiley’s car and Ashlee was placed in my car. Ashlee received a citation (BB002159) for Disorderly Conduct and Jerrica received a citation (BB002160) for Disorderly Conduct.
Ashlee and Jerrica were then transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Ashlee and Jerrica were then released to the intake staff without incident.
I then responded to the Law Enforcement Center in reference to logging in Ashlee’s gun, magazine with 12 rounds, and Lanzon holster. The property was properly packaged then turned over to Property Management.
This case is cleared by arrest.
