I, Ptl Hatcher, responded in normal mode to 900 Lippitt Dr (Monroe High School) in reference to a outcry called in by Dougherty County School Police. I made contact with Captain S Hill who stated that the situation was brought to his attention by school guidance counselor [WITNESS #1].

I made contact with [WITNESS #1] who stated on today’s date [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came to her about an incident that happened at home. [WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came to her and stated that kids were talking about her because she got in trouble at home. [WITNESS #1] stated she dug deeper and began asking more questions.

[WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised her that she had a boy over at her house and her foster mother walked in on them. [WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said the incident got physical when her sister choked her and then her mother slapped and chooses her. [WITNESS #1] stated she did notice red marks on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] neck. [WITNESS #1] stated she immediately notified the school police.

I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the counselors office. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on yesterday’s date (did not give a time) she invited an 18 year old boy named [REDACTED] to her residence at [300 BLOCK] Cannon Ave. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she did not know [REDACTED] last name. She stated she met him on Instagram. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she gave [REDACTED] her location and advised him to come over.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they were in her bedroom making out when her foster mother, Patrina Bells and her sister, Jukeria Jackson walked in on them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED] was able to escape out of the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated after [REDACTED] ran away, Jukeria came into her room and began yelling at her.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then stated Jukeria placed one of her hands around her neck and began choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she could not breathe. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated after Jukeria got done choking her Patrina came in her room and began yelling at her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated after Patrina got done yelling at her, Patrina began slapping her and attempted to choke her.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Patrina packed her belongings and took her to her grandma’s house at [2500 BLOCK] Forsythe St to stay.

I examined [REDACTED BY AGENCY] neck and saw red marks around her neck. These marks were photographed and will be logged into evidence. I was also able to obtain [WITNESS #1]’s report to place into evidence as well.

I notified Lt Gadt of the allegations of aggravated assault. Cpl Head responded to the scene for investigations. Cpl Head advised that she was going to transport [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the Lilly Pad for an examination.

I did not make contact with Patrina or Jukeria. I also could not find Jukeria in RMS. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she did not know Jukeria date of birth or age.
