I (Cpl. B. Williams) responded in normal mode to 1301 Clark Ave in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I saw a black female yelling and shouting cuss words. I then made contact with the caller [VICTIM #1] who stated that the black female had attacked him. The black female was later identified as Le’Dasha Brown. [VICTIM #1] stated that Le’Dasha tried to order some food and she tried to CashApp him the money. [VICTIM #1] stated that Le’Dasha did not CashApp him the money and he told her that she didn’t CashApp him. [VICTIM #1] stated that Le’Dasha became irate, began yelling cuss words such as b*tch, and grabbed him by the shirt. [VICTIM #1] stated that they began tussling and he held Le’Dasha down because she was kicking and screaming. [VICTIM #1] stated that Le’Dasha went outside and jumped on an unknown female. [VICTIM #1] stated that he then called the police.

I then made contact with the witness [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that Le’Dasha came in to get some food. [WITNESS #1] stated that Le’Dasha got mad at [VICTIM #1] and grabbed him by the shirt. [WITNESS #1] stated that he and [VICTIM #1] grabbed Le’Dasha to restrain her but she kept kicking and screaming. [WITNESS #1] stated that Le’Dasha went outside and kept being loud and irate.

Le’Dasha was still being irate and stating that she didn’t do anything. Le’Dasha was placed in handcuffs (Double-locked), searched incident to arrest and placed in my patrol vehicle. I asked Le’Dasha if she wanted to talk about the situation and I told her that she would need to be read Miranda rights. Le’Dasha refused to talk.

Le’Dasha was transported to the Dougherty County Jail and turned over to jail staff. Prior to entering the jail, I placed my department-issued weapon in the trunk of the vehicle. Prior to leaving the jail, the back of the patrol vehicle was checked for contraband with negative results.

Le’Dasha was cited for disorderly conduct (Citation #BB001742).

This case has been cleared by an arrest.
