[VICTIM #1] stated [VICTIM #2] turned down an alley, later discovered as the 700 block of Moultrie Rd Alley, and there was a black male wearing black pants and a grey hoodie standing against the fence of [1200 BLOCK] Van Deman St. [VICTIM #1] stated the male then started shooting at the vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated he along with [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3] started ducking.
[VICTIM #1] stated the car then rolled west down the alley a few feet and they just sat in the car. [VICTIM #1] stated they then got out of the car and ran. Once on scene I observed the vehicle facing west in the alley. I observed the car still on and music was playing. I observed a tan in color pistol style BB-Gun located in the rear passenger seat along with a ski mask, on the passenger side. I observed a bullet hole at the top of the windshield and the frame on the passenger side. I observed a bullet hole midway up on the passenger side windshield. I observed parts of the passenger side windshield to be busted and cracked. I observed approximately (4) bullet holes in the hood of the vehicle on the passenger side. I observed a bullet hole to the bottom of the front bumper on the passenger side. Photos of the vehicle were taken and will be logged into locker #02.
