We (Ptl. Walker and Ptl. Rivers) responded in normal patrol mode to 417 W 3rd Ave. on 09/15/2025 in reference to disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival, I made contact with a white male, identified as [WITNESS #1] (Phoebe’s Security Guard). He stated that Dougherty County EMS brought a white female, Nicole Wensil. He stated Wensil was being irate and yelling that she had HIV. He stated the nurses came in to see about Wensil. He stated that Wensil became irate with the nurse and spat on her. He stated that he and another security guard [VICTIM #1] tried to calm Wensil down. He stated that Wensil bit [VICTIM #1] on the hand. He stated Wensil was trying to fight them as they escorted her off the premises.
I made contact with a white male, identified as [VICTIM #1]. He stated Wensil bit him on the left thumb as he was trying to calm her down because she was trying to fight the nurse.. He stated Wensil was being irate yelling and cursing everyone out. He stated they escorted Wensil from the premises. I observed blood on [VICTIM #1]’s left pinky and left forearm.
Ptl. Walker and I canvassed the area for Wensil. Ptl. T. Davis located Wensil at the intersection of 5th Ave. and N Davis St. Ptl. Davis gave Wensil verbal commands to stop and Wensil took off running. Ptl. T. Davis was able to apprehend Wensil and place her in handcuffs double locked behind the back. Ptl. T. Davis conducted a search incident to arrest for any weapons and contraband with negative results. Ptl. Jackson transported Wensil to Phoebe Main for medical clearance. I took photos of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries. Wensil denied medical treatment.
I conducted a check through NCIC/GCIC on Wensil, [VICTIM #1]< and [WITNESS #1] for any active warrants with negative results. I placed Wensil in the back seat of my patrol vehicle (18-199) and did not buckle her in. Ptl. Walker and I transported Wensil to the Dougherty County Jail. Ptl. Walker placed his department-issued Glock 47 in the front passenger seat of my patrol vehicle (18-199). Ptl. Walker escorted Wensil inside the jail and released her to the Dougherty County Jail staff. I conducted a search of the rear seat of my patrol vehicle for any weapons and contraband with negative results.
Warrants will be issued for Wensil for disorderly conduct, simple battery, and obstruction (Warrant # 25-012546-01APD, 25-012546-02APD, 25-012546-03APD). I logged the photos into evidence locker #02 at the LEC.
