On January 17, 2026, I, Ptl. Greene, along with Cpl. Newberry, responded in normal mode to a reported contact person at [600 BLOCK] Sands Dr, Apt [REDACTED].

Upon arrival, we made contact with Patrina Sutton. Sutton advised she had been calling 911 because she wanted a ride home. While speaking with Sutton, she stated that she had called multiple times throughout the day requesting transportation. Dispatch advised that Sutton had called a total of seven times.

Sutton further advised that she has cancer and did not want to walk home, which was the reason she continued calling 911. Cpl. Newberry conducted a GCIC/NCIC check on Sutton, which returned negative results.

Based on the information obtained, Sutton was placed under arrest and charged with Misuse of 911. She was secured in double-locked handcuffs and searched incident to arrest. Sutton was then transported to the Dougherty County Jail.

Upon arrival at the jail, Cpl. Newberry’s and I (Ptl Greene) service weapons were secured in the patrol vehicle, and Sutton was released to jail intake officers. The rear seat of the patrol vehicle was checked for contraband, and none was found.

Sutton was also issued Citation #AA005031, in reference to this incident.
