[NARRATIVE #1 on February 12, 2026]
On 02/12/26, I (Ptl. M. Holt) responded in normal patrol mode to [600 BLOCK] Sands Dr., Apt. [REDACTED], in reference to a Family Violence call.
Upon arrival, I made contact with a B/F, later identified as [VICTIM #1], who requested that her sister, a B/F later identified as Patrina Sutton, be removed from her residence. [VICTIM #1] advised Sutton arrived at the apartment under the influence of alcohol, was being loud, banging on the door, and made comments regarding [VICTIM #1]’s deceased son, which upset her. [VICTIM #1] stated Sutton had been staying with her for approximately 2-3 weeks. No reports or evidence indicated a physical altercation occurred.
I made contact with Sutton on scene. Sutton advised she had been staying with [VICTIM #1] for approximately 2-3 weeks due to a prior altercation with her boyfriend. Sutton denied all allegations made by [VICTIM #1] and stated she would not intentionally disrespect her sister.
I asked Sutton if she had another place to stay for the night. Sutton advised she could go to a friend’s residence on the west side of town; however, I advised I could not transport her that far. [VICTIM #1]’s daughters were present but refused to transport Sutton. Sutton then advised she could possibly stay with her brother at [90 BLOCK] Morningside Dr. One of [VICTIM #1]’s daughters contacted the brother, who advised Sutton could not stay there.
Sutton continued using profane language and was warned multiple times to calm down and maintain proper behavior or she would be arrested. Sutton had several bags of clothing inside the residence. [VICTIM #1] allowed Sutton’s belongings to remain and placed them in an exterior storage closet.
Sutton was transported to the Warming Station and advised she would be asked to leave if she caused a disturbance. Sutton stated she would comply. NCIC/GCIC checks were conducted on both Sutton and [VICTIM #1], which returned negative for wants or warrants. This incident does not meet domestic criteria, as Sutton had not resided at the location long enough to establish residency.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 12, 2026]
I responded in normal patrol mode to 300 W. Oglethorpe Blvd. (Bus Station) in reference to an Unwanted Guest.
Upon arrival I made contact with the Security Guard, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that there was a B/F later identified as Patrina Sutton, who was inside the warming center causing a disturbance and he wanted her to leave and be banned from the property. [WITNESS #1] stated that Sutton was walking around cursing and yelling where other residents couldn’t sleep. [WITNESS #1] stated that Sutton kept repeating that “He just mad because I wouldn’t suck his di*k for $25”.
About that time other security was escorting Sutton outside. I then made contact with Sutton due to she was still yelling and cursing. I advised [WITNESS #1] to tell Sutton she was no longer allowed at the location to which she stated that she understood.
Sutton had started to walk off but she forgot one of her bags and turned around to get it. Sutton walked back up and grabbed her bag and yelled “Fu*k You” as she was talking to me at that time. I asked Sutton to leave again as she was causing a disturbance. Sutton kept repeating “He just mad because I wouldn’t suck his di*k for $25”.
Sutton appeared to be intoxicated and she tried to swing on another security guard. I then grabbed Sutton and placed her in double locked handcuffs to the rear. I called for a female officer (Ptl. Harris) to come and conduct the search incident to arrest for me. Ptl. Harris arrived on scene and conducted the search to which she was met with negative results.
I transported Sutton to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail I placed my duty weapon in the trunk of my patrol vehicle. I escorted Sutton into the jail, where she hit one of the nurses and wouldn’t let the nurse check her vitals.
After the search at the jail a small baggie with white powdery residue was found inside Sutton’s bra by the jail staff. Sutton was not charged with this but the baggie will be placed into evidence locker number 2 at 201 W. Oglethorpe Blvd. to be destroyed. Sutton was charged with Misdemeanor citation BB002433 for Disorderly Conduct. I went back outside to check the rear of my patrol vehicle for any contraband to which I was met with negative results.
This case is cleared by arrest.
