On 10/19/2025, while working part time at 121 W Oglethorpe Blvd, Waffle House. I was watching a crowd parking lot and a crowed in the front of the window. Randy Cody came to the locations and I advised Cody, I didn’t have time to talk and to come back some other time. He stated to me that I act like I was the only person who had problems. I advised Cody that I was busy and I could talk. He then stated to me that while he was at Mary Polite someone pulled a gun on his cousin and his cousin pulled a gun. I then advised Cody again that I didn’t have time to talk and to come back. I then proceeded to walk up to the customers, I then advised Cody do not go bothering the customers.

He turned to me and stated in from of everyone, “We dot tell him what the fu*k to do”. I advised Cody that he need to leave again and continued to yell and curse.

I then placed Randy Cody in custody for Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the Dougherty County Jail by Ptl. T. Jackson. This case was cleared by arrest.
