I, Cpl. N. Richardson responded in normal patrol mode to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a contact person. Upon arrival, I made contact with a black female, [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that black male Robert Winchester had been stalking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and Winchester were in an “unofficial relationship” for about 2 months. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that during the relationship, Winchester had sexual intercourse against her will. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that some of the sexual encounters occurred in Lee County, Ga. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that sometime this year (unknown date), she was staying with Winchester at 1525 Dawson Rd. (Roadway Inn). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she tried to leave the hotel room and get away from Winchester, but Winchester grabbed her and threw her back into the room. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Winchester then held her down and began taking off her clothes. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she told Winchester that she did not want to have sex. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Winchester refused to stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Winchester made her perform oral sex and v*ginal sex. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Winchester ejaculated inside of her. I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she had the clothes that she was wearing during the incident, and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had washed the clothes from the incident.

While on the scene, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated that Winchester had been calling her phone, informing her that she was eating. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Winchester called her, stating that he had seen her Door Dash food at the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he could tell her everything she had ordered. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then stated that Winchester’s girlfriend also has been calling her from unknown numbers. I informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to block the numbers that had been calling her, to which she stated that she understood.

I attempted to make contact with Winchester via telephone, but was met with negative results.

This case is being forwarded to investigations.
