I, Ptl Loud responded in normal mode to [2000 BLOCK] W. Broad Ave., Apt. [REDACTED] in reference to a juvenile problem later identified as simple battery and disorderly conduct. Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated a juvenile male by the name of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attacked her son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #1] stated there has been an ongoing issue between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her children. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not witness the incident, but she came outside after the incident along with her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated he was outside playing with a big group of children in the neighborhood when his older brother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], said something about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] thought he was the one who said something so [REDACTED BY AGENCY], along with another unknown black juvenile male, jacked him up and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] slapped him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the two boys released him and he ran to tell his sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what had happened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to the boys to confront them about what they did to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] approached them [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pushed [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then slammed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the ground and punched him in the face. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] ran away to tell his big sister and his mother, Santa Sejour, what had happened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Santa arrived over to their apartment [REDACTED], yelling and cursing at them and his mother. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Santa took eggs and threw them at the apartment.

I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated she was inside their apartment when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] ran inside crying and told her that [VICTIM #1] had slapped him. She stated she went outside to confront [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the boy about what they had done when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pushed her. She stated she picked him up and slammed him to the ground and struck him with a closed fist him twice in his face. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] ran off to tell his mother (Santa). She stated Santa drove over from her apartment [REDACTED] to theirs in a burgundy 2012 Honda Pilot MP displaying Ga tag [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she got out of the vehicle and began throwing eggs at the apartment complex while yelling at her to come outside so she could beat her up ([REDACTED BY AGENCY] had gone inside the apartment at this time). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she continued throwing eggs then got into her vehicle and drove off.

Ptl Wiley and I attempted to make contact with Santa at apartment [REDACTED]. However, Santa was not there. Her neighbor told us that Santa had left. We told her neighbor to make contact with her and tell her to come back to the scene so we can make contact with her in reference to this incident.

Santa arrived on scene.

I requested permission from Santa to speak to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about the incident. Santa stated that it was okay to speak to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the other juveniles were at the picnic tables in front of the office when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said something about his mother (Santa). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he slapped [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came outside and slammed him and struck him with a closed fist multiple times. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he went home to tell his mother (Santa) and his sister, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated his mother went to get some eggs out the refrigerator to throw eggs at their apartment.

I advised Santa a Juvenile Complaint Form would be completed for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for Simple Battery. I received a video from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] of Santa throwing eggs at their apartment while yelling out curse words. This video will be logged into Evidence Locked 02 at the Law Enforcement Center. I ran all parties names through NCIC/GCIC for active warrants with negative results. I provided [VICTIM #1] with a resource card and informed her of the arrest.

Santa was charged with Disorderly Conduct. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was on scene during this incident.

This case was cleared by arrest.
