[NARRATIVE #1 on January 29, 2026]

On 01/29/2026 I responded in normal mode to 820 W Oglethorpe Blvd (U-Haul) in reference to a motor vehicle theft.

Upon arrival, contact was made with an employee who was identified as [WITNESS #1], who stated the company rented a 15 inch box truck to a black female who was identified as Santa Sejour on November 21, 2025 and never returned the truck. [WITNESS #1] stated the company has been attempting contact with Sejour which was met with negative results.

[WITNESS #1] stated she was able to send a demand letter to Sejour’s residence at [2000 BLOCK] W Broad Ave Apt [REDACTED]. The demand letter was mailed to Sejour’s residence on 12/04/2025 but was unsuccessful on receiving the UHaul back. [WITNESS #1] stated Sejour changed numbers so no contact was able to be made. [WITNESS #1] stated there are no trackers on the UHaul.

[WITNESS #1] was able to provide documentation which will be logged into evidence locker #02 at 201 W Oglethorpe blvd. Attempted contact was made with Sejour at [2000 BLOCK] W Broad Ave Apt [REDACTED], which was met with negative results. A BOLO was given over the radio. A FLOCK search was conducted which was met with negative results.

This case remains active.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 01, 2026]

On today (02.01.2026) I, Ptl. Q. Pinkins was on scene at [700 BLOCK] Andover Ln investigating an active case that occurred approximately 2 weeks ago (Case #26-000954).

After the suspect, Santa Senjour, was apprehended I observed bruise on her right cheek. Senjour refused to talk with me but told Detective Woodall her boyfriend, [WITNESS #2], punched her in the face. Senjour stated she and [WITNESS #2] were the only two inside the residence at the time of the incident.

When questioning Senjour more about her injuries, she refused to talk. I provided Senjour a business card with my name and case number for this incident. I advised Senjour while incarcerated at the jail if she wished to speak with me about this incident to place me a call.

I made contact with [WITNESS #2]. I asked [WITNESS #2] if he and Senjour were in a physical altercation, which he stated no. I asked [WITNESS #2] at any time were they arguing or alone inside the residence, which he stated no. [WITNESS #2] stated he did not hit Senjour.

While speaking with [WITNESS #2], his mother and girlfriend [REDACTED] advised he didn’t hit Senjour.

This case remains active.
