January 18, 2026 at approximately 2041 hours I patrolman Wiley responded in normal mode to 2505 N Slappey blvd room [REDACTED], in reference to public indecency.

Upon arrival I Ptl, Wiley observed an unidentified B/M who matched the description of a suspect who was listed in the notes of the 911 call. The unidentified individual was wearing all black, and had dreadlocks in his head. This individual was observed on the second floor, but began to take off once police presence was noticed.

I Ptl. Wiley made contact with said individual and identified him as B/M Stevie Richardson. Upon talking to Richardson I Observed Richardson having an opened Colt45 High gravity can of beer in his left hand. Richardson was detained for further questioning. B/F [VICTIM #1] (one of the victims) came out of room [REDACTED] and positively identified the suspect.

Contact was made with B/F [VICTIM #1] at room [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and B/F [VICTIM #2] observed Stevie Richardson expose his Genitals, and began stroking his genitals in a sexual manner. [VICTIM #1] stated that Stevie came to her door, took out his private parts and began telling her to “Come suck it”, and “Let me bust on you”.

Contact was also made with B/F [VICTIM #2] at room [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #2] stated that she also observed B/M Stevie Richardson exposing himself and asking [VICTIM #1] to come out of her room, and allow him to ejaculate on her.

Contact was made with B/F [VICTIM #3] on the second floor a few rooms down from room number [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #3] stated that she walked out of her room attempting to go to the store and noticed the B/M standing at her neighbors door, pleasing himself.

Stevie Richardson was taken into custody, handcuffed behind the back, and charged with the offense of public indecency citation number BB002388, and open container citation number BB002389. Stevie was transported to the Dougherty County Jail and turned over to jail staff.

This case is cleared by arrest.
