On 8/21/25, we (Ptl. Guess and Ptl. Bailey) responded in normal response mode to 417 W 3rd Ave (Phoebe Hospital) in reference to a Contact Person.

Upon arrival, we made contact with the ER staff, who stated 11-year old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she has been touched by her mom’s friend. We spoke with the victim’s mom, [WITNESS #1], who stated the school counselor (unknown name) called her yesterday saying [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has a foul smell coming from her private part area. [WITNESS #1] stated the school counselor told her that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] expressed to her that she was touched. [WITNESS #1] stated that was the first time she has heard anything about this allegation. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had a foul smelling issue before. [WITNESS #1] stated she took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to see the school’s doctor who told her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had Trichomoniasis. [WITNESS #1] stated the doctor told her it came from wearing dirty underwear.

[WITNESS #1] stated she knew the possible offender, who name is Trashawn Douglas. [WITNESS #1] stated Treshawn is a family friend. [WITNESS #1] stated she had left her children [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the home alone with Treshawn for about 30 mins. [WITNESS #1] stated she went to the store to get pizza last Thursday or Friday (August 14 or 15th) while Treshawn remained with the children. [WITNESS #1] stated Treshawn is not alone with the children often. [WITNESS #1] stated whenever she works her children are with their grandmother. [WITNESS #1] stated Treshawn come over to help her clean the house. [WITNESS #1] stated she hasn’t spoken to with Treshawn about the situation.

We then spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] step father, [WITNESS #2], who stated he is surprised about the entire situation. [WITNESS #2] stated Treshawn is a family friend to his wife. [WITNESS #2] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him and her grandmother, that Treshawn just touched her but they didn’t have sex. [WITNESS #2] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] story has changed so many times he doesn’t know what to think. [WITNESS #2] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has ADHD and she also has seizures. [WITNESS #2] stated Treshawn has been around for years and he’s surprised he would do something like that.

Sgt Dorminy and Inv. Ellis was notified. Inv. Ellis responded to the scene.

Inv. Ellis advised we needed some clarifying questions on the case. We spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated she had sex with her mom’s friend “Trey” (Treshawn). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated her and “Trey” had sex 3 times. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the first time was when she was 9-years old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she didn’t see any condom on his p*nis during intercourse. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he never put his fingers in her only his p*nis. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated they had sex when her mom left the house last Saturday (August 16th). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he also had sex with her 6-year old sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was shocked when her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her that she and Trey had sex too. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she tried telling her mom but she wouldn’t listen and they were also scared to tell their mom.

Inv. Ellis interviewed both [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #1] while we stood by.

A case card was giving to [WITNESS #1].

This case is transferred to investigations.
