I Ptl. Reeder, responded in normal mode to 201 W Oglethorpe Blvd in reference to a contact person.

Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1] and [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] advised at approximately 0300 hours this morning she went through her daughter’s, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone and found some inappropriate things between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and William Fox.

[WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has been doing painting and home repairs with William since the end of June of this year. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to sleep and fell asleep with her phone unlocked and in her hand. [WITNESS #1] stated she saw a message that said “I love you” and that caught her attention. [WITNESS #1] stated as she kept going through the phone she saw more messages stating things like “baby, love you, and miss you.”

[WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone kept going off with notifications from [REDACTED] on Snapchat. [WITNESS #1] stated she clicked on the notifications and found the chat between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and William. [WITNESS #1] stated William was asking [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for pictures. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sent photos of herself in lingerie, that William bought for her.

[WITNESS #1] stated she then went and woke [REDACTED] up and made him aware of the situation. [WITNESS #1] stated they then went and woke [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up. [WITNESS #1] stated she asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had she had sex with William to which she wouldn’t answer. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] finally stated yes she had. [WITNESS #1] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her that William told her it was okay to and that William loves her and that she loves him.

[WITNESS #1] stated she then told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go back to sleep. [WITNESS #1] stated once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] woke back up, she has been very upset and stated she feels disgusting. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recently stated she has felt scared since William has been getting mad if she’s talking to someone else or is told to be home from work by a certain time. [WITNESS #1] stated if they are supposed to be at a certain location in reference to work, William and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] will be on the other side of town doing things, such as going to Starbucks.

[WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is 17 years old but has the mind of a 15-year-old. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has been to the Renaissance Center here in Albany. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has border-line autism and is developmentally challenged. [WITNESS #1] stated she would get the paperwork and provide it in reference to this case. [WITNESS #1] stated they were taking [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the doctor in reference to being checked for any sexual diseases and pregnancy.

The possible incident location is [700 BLOCK] W 1st Ave but [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hasn’t specified. It is unknown how long this has been going on. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] wasn’t on scene. It is unknown William’s birthday; therefore, William was not listed as an offender at this time. William’s current address provided by [WITNESS #1] is [2800 BLOCK] Moultrie Rd.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone was recovered and will be logged into locker #02 for evidence.

Sgt. Tuten was notified of this incident.

This case remains active and has been forwarded to investigations.
