On 10/19/25, I (Ptl. M. Holt) responded in normal patrol mode to 905 E Oglethorpe Blvd in reference to a Disorderly Conduct call.

Upon arrival, I made contact with two B/F (later identified as [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]) who advised they both observed another B/F (later identified as [VICTIM #1]) running away from a B/M (later identified as William Pitts). Both Ms. [WITNESS #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #2] accused Mr. Pitts of attempting to harm [VICTIM #1] and may have been paying for sex. Both witnesses also advised they observed Mr. Pitts chasing [VICTIM #1] around the parking lot of the hotel. Contact was later made with William Pitts who advised him and [VICTIM #1] had been in a relationship for a while. Mr. Pitts advised he was paying for [VICTIM #1]’s boarding at different hotels such as The Knights Inn the Araamda Inn. Mr. Pitts advised his wife became aware of this affair and asked him to leave their house on 10/18/25, Mr. Pitts leaves his home to avoid confrontation with his wife.

According to Mr. Pitts, he picked [VICTIM #1] up from the Knights Inn Hotel, went to Navy Federal and withdrew money and brought her back to the Albany 8 Inn after purchasing a $3,000 vehicle. On the morning of 10/19/25, Mr. Pitts advised [VICTIM #1] woke up and attempted to leave his room after a conversation they had about the money he gave her. Pitts advised after [VICTIM #1] walked out of the room, he observed from the door to his room [VICTIM #1] talking to a Hispanic male down the hall. Pitts then stated he went back to put on some pants after realizing he was still naked and noticed some money in denominations of $20.00 bills (9) totaling $180.00 and his red Navy Federal debit card was missing out of one of his pockets. Pitts then proceeded to follow [VICTIM #1] out of the room to ask about where is his money and debit card. Pitts then stated [VICTIM #1] got in some woman’s car and drove away.

I made contact with a B/F (later identified as [WITNESS #3]) who advised she saw [VICTIM #1] and a Hispanic male attempting to help [VICTIM #1] get away from Mr. Pitts.
