I (Ptl. Medlock) responded in normal mode to [900 BLOCK] W Lincoln Ave. in reference to terroristic threats act.

Upon arrival, I made contact with black female identified as [VICTIM #1] who stated that her ex boyfriend Zemontreyl Gibson came to her residence at [900 BLOCK] W. Lincoln Ave. pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her. [VICTIM #1] stated around 15:00 Gibson came to her house driving back-and-forth. [VICTIM #1] stated when Gibson finally stopped and walked up to her residence while she was standing on the porch. [VICTIM #1] stated she saw what appeared to be a long gun with a brown tan handle in an all black backpack. [VICTIM #1] stated as Gibson was walking up he told her to get off the porch and that he would shoot her in the face and kill her. [VICTIM #1] stated Gibson then went back to his red Honda Accord GA tag [REDACTED] and drove away. [VICTIM #1] stated Gibson drove back a second time to the front of her residence and pointed the long gun out the window toward her while she was on the porch. [VICTIM #1] stated Gibson advised her to come off the porch because she is scared.

[VICTIM #1] made contact with Gibson via phone at which Gibson stated he was going to sling on her but he didn’t have a ski mask.

I made contact with Gibson via phone to ask about what happened at which he stated he has never met or heard of [VICTIM #1].

I advised them to contact the police if they need further assistance. [VICTIM #1] was given a QR code reference card for resources. Sgt. Franklin responded to the scene in reference to this. A GCIC/NCIC check was conducted on all parties for wants/warrants with negative results. This incident is not domestic in nature because [VICTIM #1] and Gibson do not have kids together and have never lived together. Video footage of this incident was collected and will be turned in property evidence.

This case remains active and forwarded to investigation.
