[NARRATIVE #1 on June 30, 2025]
On Monday June 30, 2025 at 13:24 hours, Dep. Carter and I conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle (2000 Blue Lincoln Towncar, Arkansas Tag Number [REDACTED]) driven by Ms. Anjanet Levingston. We were able to pull the vehicle over at Sykes Childcare located at 3947 Highway 5 Douglasville, Ga 30135. Ms. Levingston was informed earlier during a private property accident (R2509616), that her vehicle did not have valid insurance. Ms. Levingston was informed that her vehicle would be towed, if she drives on public highway. Dep. Carter and I made contact with Ms. Levingston. Ms. Levingston was informed of the reason of the traffic stop. Ms. Levingston stated that she had insurance, and asked if we could follow her to her residence. Ms. Levingston was given instructions to show proof of insurance. Ms. Levingston stated she was on the phone with State Farm insurance.
During this time, Ms. Levingston became very belligerent and defiant. I confirmed with dispatch, Ms Levingston did not have valid insurance. Ms. Levingston stated she had valid insurance. I gave instructions to Ms. Levingston, to put her cell phone on speaker so I could speak to the insurance representative. Ms. Levingston stated “I will not put Ms. [REDACTED] on speaker”. Ms. Levingston then stated she was going home. I informed Ms. Levingston of the traffic stop and she was not given permission to leave. Ms. Levingston ignored my instructions, and left the scene.
Dep. Carter and I ran back to my patrol vehicle. I activated my emergency lights and sirens to stop Ms Levingston. I informed dispatch that I was in pursuit of the vehicle. I observed Ms. Levingston driving on the wrong side of the road, as we approached Highway 5 and Berea Road. Ms. Levingston speed was 60 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Ms. Levingston made a right on to Berea Road. As I was sitting my vehicle up for a PIT maneuver, I was given instructions by Sgt Britt, to discontinued the pursuit. I turned off my lights and sirens. I followed Ms. Levingston from a distance, in my patrol vehicle. I then observed Ms. Levingston did not stop for the stop at the intersection of Fields Drive and Green Field Drive. Ms. Levingston continued to her residence located [6900 BLOCK] Silver Grass Ct.
As Ms. Levingston entered her driveway, the garage door opened. Ms. Levingston drove her vehicle inside the garage and closed the door. I informed dispatch of Ms. Levingston address. I went back in service without delay. I placed a copy of the narrative in the warrant tray located in the patrol room.
I logged the following warrants in the warrant logbook:
No Proof of Insurance
Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign
Reckless Driving Operation a vehicle with an expired tag/registration
Fleeing and Eluding (M).

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 12, 2025]
On Saturday 07/12/25 at approximately 1436 hours, dispatch gave a FLOCK look out of a blue 2000 Lincoln Towncar with Arkansas tag [REDACTED]. The look out was for the registered owner, Anjanet Levingston [REDACTED] who had several active warrants through Douglas County for reckless driving, fleeing to elude, no insurance, expired tag, and failure to stop at a stop sign which occurred on 06/30/25 and warrants were taken out by Deputy Sagoes. Dispatch advised the vehicle was hitting the FLOCK camera on Hwy 5 at Amber Drive and was traveling north on Hwy 5. A few minutes later dispatch advised the vehicle hit the FLOCK camera on Stewart Mill Road at Yancy Road, several unit along with myself started searching the shopping centers on Chapel Hill Road looking for the vehicle. Deputy Reinke who was off duty and noticed us in the area called and asked me what was going on and I advised him of the situation and the description of the vehicle we were looking for. While Deputy Reinke was at the red light at the intersection of Forest Trail and Chapel Hill Road he advised me the vehicle was on Chapel Hill Road waiting to make a left turn onto Stewart Mill Road.
I was able to get to the intersection of Chapel Hill Road and Stewart Mill road and observed the vehicle turning left onto Stewart Mill Road. I had dispatch to confirm the tag from the FLOCK lookout and it matched the vehicle that I was behind. When the tag of the vehicle was ran through GCIC it returned with an expired tag as of 02/2022. I followed the vehicle down Stewart Mill Road waiting on other units to get with me before activating my emergency equipment since the registered owner had a history of fleeing in a vehicle. Since the other units were getting close to my location, I activated my emergency equipment as we were traveling through the intersection of Stewart Mill Road and West Stewart Mill Road. The driver refused to stop or pull to the shoulder of the roadway so I was pulling up beside her and about to perform a P.I.T. maneuver when the driver came to a stop. The driver opened her door and was yelling my attorney told me not to stop, I kept telling the driver to step out of the vehicle but she refused to comply with my orders and saying she was not getting out of the vehicle.
I walked up to the vehicle and attempted to pull the driver out of the vehicle but she kept resisting and attempted to close the driver door on me several times. I noticed the vehicle was still in drive so I told the driver to put the vehicle in park and she refused. I attempted to put the vehicle in park but the driver kept pushing me away and would not let me get near the gear shift or comply with lawful orders. When I attempted to pull the driver out of the vehicle again, she hit gas peddle and started accelerating while my right arm and upper body was still inside the vehicle causing the middle pillar to hit my arm. I pulled my arm and body out of the vehicle which allowed me to push myself away from the vehicle to keep the driver from running over my feet adv. I advised dispatch the driver was fleeing traveling east on Stewart Mill Road toward Central Church Road. Due to me having to run back to my vehicle Deputy Campbell took lead vehicle and I was vehicle 3. At the intersection of Mill Glen Drive the drive failed to stop at the stop sign and continued traveling on Stewart Mill Road. While still traveling on Stewart Mill Road the driver was going into the opposite lane passing vehicles on a double yellow line. While traveling down Stewart Mill Road and Deputy Campbell as lead vehicle the suspect reached the highest speed of 77 MPH.
At the intersection of Stewart Mill Road and Central Church Road the driver attempted to make a right turn onto Central Church Road but lost control of the vehicle spinning out. Deputy Campbell and Deputy Hernandez attempted to block the driver in but she was able to drive out before the block-in could be set. The driver started traveling east on Central Church Road and I became lead vehicle of the chase, as we were approaching Reid Road there was no traffic so I started pulling beside her to perform the P.I.T. maneuver when she slammed on th brakes. I started slowing down to get into the P.I.T. position when she started accelerating again and I was able to perform the P.I.T. maneuver putting the vehicle into the grass field on the left side of the roadway.
While traveling down Central Church Road with me as lead vehicle we reached the highest speed of 93 MPH. When I exited my patrol vehicle to go and apprehend the driver the driver started driving through the field. Deputy Campbell and Deputy Hernandez drove down the driveway at [5600 BLOCK] Central Church Road and observed the vehicle driving in the front yard of the residence trying to find a way out. Deputy Campbell was able to pull in front of her bumper to bumper and she stopped but refused to unlock or open the door.
Deputy Hernandez told the driver to unlock the door and she still refused so he used his glass punch devise and started busting the driver side window out. As Deputy Hernandez was unlocking the door he started telling the driver to exit the vehicle but she still refused to comply with his orders. Deputy Hernandez was able to get the door open and started pulling her out of the vehicle, in the process Deputy Hernandez received several small cuts on his left hand due to the broken glass. Deputy Hernandez and Deputy Campbell was able to remove her from the vehicle and place her on the ground. We were able to get her hands behind her back and I placed her in handcuffs. The driver was then identified by her drivers license as Anjanet Levingston with DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] 74 who also had the active warrants through Douglas County. I advised Anjanet she was also being charged with expired tag, reckless driving, felony fleeing, aggravated assault of police officer, and 2 counts of felony obstruction and she was placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle.
I advised dispatch to send a wrecker to my location for a vehicle impound and Deputy Campbell completed an impound inventory of the vehicle and waited for /// Towing to arrive while I transported Anjanet to the Douglas County Jail. Once we arrived at the jail she was escorted into the pre book-in area by the jail staff where she refused to answer any medical questions asked by the intake nurse. Once Anjanet was turned over to the book-in staff I completed warrant on all the new charges in EZ-Warrants and they were placed in the warrant box in the patrol room.
