On 102825 [WITNESS #1] came into the lobby to file a report. [WITNESS #1] stated while her son [VICTIM #1] was at day care (Chapel Hill Christian School 5357 Chapel Hill Rd) on 091825 between 0800-1500 he was scratched by a substitute teacher (unknown name).

[WITNESS #1] stated she received a phone call from [WITNESS #2] the school principal about an incident that occurred at school. [WITNESS #1] stated that [WITNESS #2] told her the teacher grabbed [VICTIM #1] from under a table and left scratches on him. [WITNESS #1] stated when she got home from work she saw the scratch marks on her sons leg. [WITNESS #1] stated she went and talked with [WITNESS #2] and Ms [REDACTED] (his teacher) and they advised her it was a mistake. [WITNESS #1] stated she took pictures of his leg that day. [WITNESS #1] emailed me the pictures and they were added to the case file.
