On July 5th, 2025, at approximately 00:55 hours, I, Deputy Calvo, badge #199, was dispatched to a domestic call at [7400 BLOCK] West Lake Drive, Lithia Springs, Georgia 30122.

Upon arrival contact was made with Jensen Cage Hall, who advised he and his girlfriend, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got into a verbal and physical altercation. Jensen advised he was asleep when his girlfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] woke him up. Jensen advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] wanted to have [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while they were in the bedroom sleeping but he advised her he did not want to. Jensen advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who then became upset because of this and started to hit him. Jensen then advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had bit his right arm during the altercation but did not remember when. Jensen did not have any visible [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

Contact was then made with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who advised Jensen had choked her from behind during a verbal altercation about a male coworker that texted her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she bit Jensen on his right arm to get away from him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she believed she might have passed out briefly while Jensen was choking her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then locked herself in the restroom and waited for our arrival. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did have [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from being choked by Jensen. I then advised Jensen about the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Jensen admitted to choking [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stating it was self-defense and that he had grabbed her from behind and started to choke her. I then advised Jensen he was being placed under arrest due to him being the primary aggressor.

I then handcuffed Jensen and placed him in the back of my patrol vehicle. When I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to write a witness statement, she advised she did not want to since she did not want Jensen to get in more trouble. Jensen was then transported to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Jail. Upon arrival Jensen was cleared [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Jensen was then turned over to the jail booking staff along with his personal property. I then returned to my assigned patrol duties. A warrant for aggravated assault by strangulation was obtained using the EZ-warrant system on Jensen. A copy of the narrative was placed in the patrol room tray. Pictures of the markings on [REDACTED]’s neck were also added to this report as evidence.
