On 09/22/2025 I responded to the area of Stones throw Court in reference to (Hunter Fisher) entering the home of [100 BLOCK] Stones throw Court naked. The home owner [VICTIM #1] of [100 BLOCK] Stones throw Court advised Dispatch that Hunter entered his home naked and then ran out, he was unsure where Hunter went after he left. Multiple Deputies and I searched the area for Hunter.

We went to Hunters home at [100 BLOCK] Stones throw Court and observed the door to be partially opened, however we did not go inside due to aggressive dogs living at the residence. Deputy Mckinney and Deputy Rodriguez was yelling for Hunter and knocking on the front door. Hunter then came to the door and he was naked he then turned around and went back inside. A few seconds later the front door opened and his two dogs ran out, Hunter then came outside and we gave him verbal commands to walk to the end of the driveway where we were located. I observed Hunter was wearing jean shorts and no shirt, he appeared to be in good health.

I asked Hunter about the incident and he acted as if he did not know what I was talking about. Deputy Driggers went and spoke to [VICTIM #1] and he stated that he would like to pursue charges for criminal trespass against Hunter. I then placed Hunter in a set of Handcuffs and he was transported to the Effingham County Jail.
