On Monday, February 23, 2026, I was dispatched to the above address in reference to the removal of an unwanted person. During the initial dispatch, it was stated that the caller disconnected before the call could be transferred to this office and that the caller requested law enforcement be present.
While en route to back up another deputy on a domestic dispute, I was updated on the call with new information that the caller contacted law enforcement again and was stating something to the effect that she would harm her roommate if she did not leave the residence. With this new information, I verified that the deputy handling the domestic call did not need further assistance and rerouted to [100 BLOCK] Huger St. for this call.
Upon my arrival, as I pulled into the driveway, I witnessed a large amount of clothing lying on the porch of the residence and extending into the grass of the front yard. It was apparent that items had been thrown from the residence by someone. A white female also appeared and began walking towards me as I exited my patrol truck.
I made contact with the female, later identified as [VICTIM #1], and as I began to try to ascertain what was going on, another female appeared from within the home. As the woman spoke over us, I could hear that her speech was slurred as she repeatedly requested that Ms. [VICTIM #1] leave the property.
I immediately redirected my attention to the female on the porch, later identified as Robin Raley, and instructed her to go back inside the residence so that I could separate her from Ms. [VICTIM #1] and begin to try to diffuse the situation.
Once inside the home, to which I had to step over the vast amounts of clothing littering the front porch and doorway, Ms. Raley was pacing about the living room in an apparent emotional state. Ms. Raley was going between crying and ranting about Ms. [VICTIM #1] choosing a 17-year-old over her, and that she wanted her out of her house. She would repeatedly say that it was her house and that she pays the bills in the home.
Seeing that she was only causing herself to become more agitated, I instructed her to sit down so that we could try to speak about what was going on. Despite saying that she would sit down, she continued to pace for a moment longer while she continued her ranting about the situation, to which I still did not have an understanding of what was going on.
She would eventually sit down and allow me to introduce myself and inquire what had happened. Despite her repeated ranting, I would be able to understand that Ms. Raley discovered this evening that Ms. [VICTIM #1] no longer wanted to be in a relationship with her and wanted to move out. When asked if this understanding was correct, Ms. Raley stated that it was.
I then began to inquire about the clothing and items strewn throughout the living room, front door, porch, and yard, and Ms. Raley stated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] said she wanted to leave, so she was helping her leave.
Around this time, she would return to ranting about the home being hers and that she wanted Ms. [VICTIM #1] to leave. I then asked her if Ms. [VICTIM #1] lived in the home, to which she stated that she did. I then informed her that, unless Ms. [VICTIM #1] wanted to leave, I could not force her to do so absent a court order. Ms. Raley seemed displeased with this information and again began to argue that the home was hers and that she paid the bills.
Again, I tried to inform her that civil law dictated that I could not force Ms. [VICTIM #1] to leave the residence. She then requested that I ask Ms. [VICTIM #1] to leave, as she said that she would leave if asked.
I agreed to speak with Ms. [VICTIM #1] about that matter, but again reminded her that if she refused, I could not make her. Ms. Raley said that was fine, and if Ms. [VICTIM #1] would not leave, then she would pick up her belongings and return them inside the home.
I then excused myself and requested that Ms. Raley remain inside while I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. I then returned to Ms. [VICTIM #1] and began to inquire as to what was going on again. Ms. [VICTIM #1] explained that she manages the Holy Pie Pizzerias and that Ms. Raley works there as well as a “prepper.” Ms. [VICTIM #1] oversees all four locations, while Ms. Raley, presumably, only works at one location.
She said that recently, a 17-year-old female employee was chosen to have her own location, and because it was not Ms. Raley who was chosen, Ms. Raley presumed that it was because of Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] alluded to the fact that Ms. Raley was jealous of the female who was promoted, and this was the cause of the night’s issue.
She would also make the statement that every time Ms. Raley drinks, she gets this way. This also confirmed my suspicion that Ms. Raley was intoxicated, when added to her slurred speech, inability to maintain her balance on level flooring, and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her. I asked Ms. [VICTIM #1] if anything had been broken, and as I was, Ms. Raley exited the home and began speaking to Ms. [VICTIM #1].
Ms. Raley’s repetitive statements to Ms. [VICTIM #1] began to obstruct my interview with Ms. [VICTIM #1], so again, I diverted my attention away from Ms. [VICTIM #1] to address Ms. Raley’s behavior. I informed her that she needed to return to the inside of the home, or if she chose to remain on the porch, she needed to remain quiet as she was obstructing my investigation, and continued behavior would result in her arrest. She stopped talking and returned to the inside of the home.
I then returned to Ms. [VICTIM #1] and returned to my previous question on property damage. I was told that a lamp inside the home was broken and that Ms. Raley’s behavior was common, suggesting a pattern of domestic arguing.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] did state that she wanted to leave the residence, but at the moment, she did not have any place to go aside from a hotel. She further said that she already had her shift for tomorrow covered and planned to use Tuesday to move her belongings out of the home and remain away from Ms. Raley.
I soon returned to the inside of the home and was initially unable to locate Ms. Raley. I called out to her and soon heard noise coming from a back bedroom. Ms. Raley would soon appear, and I began to ask about the broken lamp that was lying on the floor. She would say that it was her lamp in her home and that it was broken by accident as she swung her arm around. Ms. Raley would soon begin to repeatedly say that I wanted to arrest her and that I was going to remove her from her house and allow Ms. [VICTIM #1] to remain.
I attempted to reason with Ms. Raley and inform her that arresting her was not my intent and that, regardless of whether she was arrested or not, Ms. [VICTIM #1] would be allowed to remain in the home. At one point in her repetitive statements about me wanting to arrest her, she would turn around and place her hands behind her back, and said that she was ready to go. Again, I informed her that I was not trying to arrest her. It was around this time that I realized that trying to reason with or explain anything to Ms. Raley was a pointless endeavor, given her intoxicated and emotional demeanor.
At that time, I did not believe probable cause existed to warrant the criminal charge of criminal trespass; however, it was overwhelmingly obvious that Ms. Raley was the predominant aggressor. At that time, I issued her a CRN card and advised her of how to obtain a copy of this report. She would soon say that all she wanted to do was go into her room with her dog and go to sleep; however, she also said that she would begin to move Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s property back into the home.
I requested that she leave Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s property alone and agreed with her that she should go to her room and go to sleep. She would not honor the request and slowly began to try to pick up the clothing in the living room.
I then returned to the exterior of the residence to speak again with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. As I issued her a CRN card and advised her of this report, Ms. Raley would exit the home and, while picking up clothing, make statements to Ms. [VICTIM #1]. With nothing further to assist with the matter to do, I excused myself and departed the residence.
It is worth noting that Ms. Raley was very confrontational and argumentative during my initial experience with her. And, that while I knew that this office would be getting another call back to the residence, there was nothing more I could do at that time, and nothing that warranted prolonged contact.
