Inspector Notes: The flowmeter does not appear to be functioning and the turnover rate cannot be verified. The weight is all the way at the bottom of the flow meter; however, the pump and filter appear to function properly. The required flow for the pool is 140 gpm. Must be corrected immediately. For any pool that does not meet proper turnover rate two (2) times in a row, it may be deemed that changes need to occur to the filtration system or further investigation as to why turnover can not be met.
