Inspector Notes: The turnover is not adequate for the pool type and size. The required flow for the pool is 222 gpm. The numbers on the flowmeter are worn off. The flowmeter must be replaced so that the flow can be accurately read. Must be corrected immediately. For any pool that does not meet proper turnover rate two (2) times in a row, it may be deemed that changes need to occur to the filtration system or further investigation as to why turnover cannot be met. Code: The equipment for a swimming pool shall be of adequate size to turn over the entire pool water capacity. Additional remarks:
Facility is technically closed. There is a sign on the gate that indicates the pool is closed. However, the gate has been propped open with a rock and if someone came to use the pool, they would not see the sign. Additionally, the sign in log for the pool is present on the outdoor table.
No reinspection will be done since the facility is closed.
